I wish nail salons around my city did cool acrylics like that! Can you also paint over them? The glitter is embedded right?

@ coffee: NY? I'm sure NY has it some where! i'm sure you can polish over them since they are smooth, however, when removing polish, i don't know what it will do to the gel overlay deal. yes the glitter is embedded.. (the glitter was in the acrylic powder used to put on nails.)
