I had the Ultimate Love Affair with Avon Glimmersticks in Blackest Black back in my college days when I was a rep. I ordered a few some weeks ago and used it today and I must say I am still in love. I would also add NYX slim eye pencils to that list. They are very pigmented and go on smooth.
The HIP metallic/chrome liners are at the top of my list. I just love those things.
