I saw Mrs. Lynne's swatch pics on Temptalia. All those pictures of the Light Flush MSF on Temptalia caused me to have a MAC attack at my local Dept. store and so I had to get it!

I think the MSF is what every MSF is to me: a work of art (one of MAC's prettiest yet). But unfortunately, it is a shimmery warm pink powder, and I don't do glittery or warm; then again, I'm an NC 25-27. It looked amazing on my NC43 sister (yes, we both have the same parents and no, neither of us is adopted, lol). It really is brown girl friendly (and quite the opposite of the pretty but Godawful Lightscapde MSF). Seriously; it's an amazing highlighter for darker skin; for (my) yellow skin, not so much.
mandypandy: thanks so much for that insight! well i'm glad that it worked uhhh well for your sister. was the warmed msf too dark for you? it looked like a bronzer on me and not the special msf iridescent look....
Actually, MOST warm-toned colors work well for her and she can wear all sorts of wild bright colors too; it's weird because she can also wear the same colors I wear as well, they just look more subtle/less noticeable on her. Well, she can't pull off the very cool, blue-based colors that I can, but she still bogarts my makeup and tries. Thief!
I actually didn't try the Warmed, but then again it didn't quite stand out the way Light Flush did, and I've already found my HG bronze.
mandypandy, what's your HG bronze? (did i ask that in another comment box?)
Well, you did leave a comment under my post on it. It's Wet 'n Wild's matte bronzer (another Elke pick).
I can also recommend Bourjois' Delice de Poudre bronzer. It smells great, is very subtle and doesn't cost a fortune; unfortunately, it's not great for sensitive skin (I suspect it's the fragrance). I've use both products in their lightest shades and they both look great (very subtle).
oh great thanks! i couldn't remember where i posted the question so that i could get the answer hahaha! great! everytime i think of wet n wild bronzers, i'm drawn to the illuminators instead. i'll pick up one soon and check out the bourjois powders. thanks!
