Yes, I do.. all the time. My friends make fun of me for doing it. There's something about not being completely satisfied with something that I spent my money on. I have the option of return, then I will.. gladly... or exchange (no matter how nasty the sales assistants are in downtown DC.) Try me! I live to test and try more products.

I don't buy make-up, but I totally agree with the principle! If you're not satisfied -- regardless of what it is -- then send it back!
