Halle Berry reigned for a while with the crown for best haircut. Well, it's 2007, Halle has long hair and Melinda Williams has taken the crown. Doesn't she look cute in the photos? I loved her in Idlewild. Also, she has on killer polish!

This award will go to the leading lady with personal style and flair, charisma and stand out achievement. The leading lady will be win the grand prize of a three-day, two-night trip to New York City to participate in an unforgettable photo shoot and makeover with the Head & Shoulders' Style Squad, comprised of some of the industry's top fashion and beauty stylists. A photo layout will run in the June 2007 issue of Cosmopolitan magazine.
