Update on the details:
The background color is a polish from Urban Outfitters, Green #5 (no name)
The purple in the "leaves" is China Glazes' Grape Pop
The yellow dots and black outline of "leaves" are acrylic paint
The yellow dots appear a bit distorted by green glitter ;)
