NARS brings us two new foundations with new formulations. I'm a foundation whore so this immediately caught my attention. The sheer texture is to be a second skin, giving the natural skin a chance to take center stage. Here's how the company describes its new foundations:NARS SHEER MATTE FOUNDATION
