Birthday and Summer Vacation Recap

June was my birthday month and I celebrated like a rockstar!  (For me that is, ha!) With my birthday being on a Friday, early in the month,  I did a birthday happy hour and club hopped!  It was great! I also spent a night out with some friends and danced the night away at Smith Commons in DC on the H Street corridor.  There was a nice diverse crowd, awesome music and I had a fab time!  As a treat to myself, I went to see one of my favorite bands, Familiar Faces at Martinis.  A treat indeed!  Definitely what my soul needed!  Good live music that's so familiar, but unique to DC. Check out some of my Keeks!  I give you a taste of the band in action!  I risked work night and went to Maryland Casino Live for Live Karaoke! What a show and good time! I rocked the night away with the Partners in Pretty. We didn't go here for my birthday per se, but I include it as part of the June celebrating!!

While all of that was fun, it lead up to the highlight of my bday month,  a trip to South Beach, Miami for some sun and a nice vacay.  I went when the Miami Heat was in the finals which made the trip more lively, I think!  We stayed in hotel party central, the Clevelander, which made for a fab time.  I went with one of my BFFs... the two of us showed out!

Beach bumming and long nights full of partying and socializing left me beat!  Check out some of my photos that I could actually catch on my phone.  There was no real time for touristy, real camera photos!

We did a bit of shopping and rounded out our trip with more partying with "new" friends.  It was a time to remember!

I closed out my birthday month celebration with an all white yacht party and later went to see my favorite band again. No repetition, but all love and good times!
