After two years of owning this polish (from 2010's Alice in Wonderland collection) I decided to break this polish out; a nice bright blue that will ease me into the Fall season.
Though this is a dense glitter polish, I think my bottle had gotten old and I found a need to base it with China Glaze's Blue Sparrow. I'm pleased with the results! Ahh should I try my untried Mad as a Hatter next?
