So I took my finger and just dabbed some NYX Kiwi over my shadow that I already had on, just to see how it would look (since I have yet to use it after hunting it down like a run away slave!)
Just wanted to share with you!
I wish I could have compared it to some other greens, but I wasn't thinking. Rocketqueen did some fab green shadow swatches for me a little while ago. Check them out and compare here!
I love that shade of green. Green is about the only color (besides purple) that I will use for my eyes (I know, I'm not BIG in to makeup). Looks really nice on you.

Is that green a day-to-evening color or is it strictly an evening eye shadow... or does it just depend on what colors you have on?
That green is so pretty! It's bright but not obnoxious and perfect. I think I'm going to search for it.

@ blackwomenblowthetrumpet: hi! thanks! i would disagree.. i think it works depending on your style.. it's definitely vibrant (great payoff) for most skintones.
for most people it may be an evening shade, but it's definitely how you wear it. for day you may not want it heavily packed onto the lid. i can definitely wear this day or night.

ReplyDeleteThat color is supposedly in the Lilac/Pacific/Kiwi Trio, which I do have. I think it's labeled incorrectly now, b/c mine is not that bright, it darker...
