Yummy411: Doctor's Dermatologic Formula (DDF) Protect & Correct UV Moisturizer SPF 15
DDF's Protect and Correct UV Moisturizer ($58, 1.7 oz.) is an SF 15 sunblock lotion to help brighten the skin and protect it from hypermigmentation. I tried this lush and moisturizing (but not heavy!) formula recently. It felt great on the skin, but wasn't ideal for my combination skin during the later days of summer. I do, however, plan to make this a part of my winter skin regimen. I can't speak on the claims of helping with hyperpigmentation and discoloration protection just yet, but it does give a nice glow to the skin. For me the help with the skin conditions are extra bonuses! I wish the SPF was higher, but they do offer other products that I'm anxious to try for my skin needs: DDF Sun Enhancing Protection SPF 30 and the DDF Daily Matte SPF 15-- a mattifying sun block??? I truly need this in my life!
Have you tried this? What's your HG facial sunblock or sunblock of choice for the Autumn weather?
I haven't tried it and I DONT FREAKIN' have a hg sunblock. Now that I think of it, I don't think that I use sunblock lol. I was in washington for a year but now that I'm back in cali..I really should ;[ I'm just sooooo lazy haha
ReplyDeletejessica dee, yes girl you need a sunblock lol!
ReplyDeletei dont really have one...i just use my oil of olay with spf 15!
ReplyDeleteI use Shiseido SPF 50 (or 55 can't remember) in the funny shaped blue bottle. LUV IT! It's mattifying and has high photostability. I haven't strayed since the first time I used tried it.
ReplyDeleteI do like DDF products though. The 10% Glycolic Toner is the truth.
I was using Be Fine Daily Moisturizer that has an SPF of 15 but since it's finished I've been looking for something different to try. I may give this a look.
ReplyDeletelooking for a sunblock that works best for oily-combination skin is such a trial.. it oftentimes ruin my makeup application. :( but its rather that or risk unprotected skin. :)
