Yummy411: Tagged- 6 Quirks

Quirky pic of me... hilarious!

I was tagged by Brandi (thanks chica!) to share my 6 unspectacular quirks.

The Rules are as follows:1. link the person who tagged you…2. mention the rules in your blog…3. tell about 6 unspectacular quirks of yours4. tag 6 following bloggers by linking them5. leave a comment on each of the tagged blogger’s blogs letting them know they’ve been tagged. Here are my six things:

1. I favor my left side. I'm left handed. I think that it is true of most people, that they will favor their writing side. This isn't a problem until you start noticing that tattoos and piercings are all on one side of my body LOL

2. Until I was fixed on makeup, I had a different fetish every week. One week I'd be stuck on socks, then scarves, then music of different genres... on and on..... ADD I tell you.

3. I don't drive a stick. But I must! It's part of my Renaissance Woman plan. Give me another year. I'll find someone who drives one that I can ruin to learn. heheee.

4. Matter of fact, I didn't drive until my 3rd year of college or so... what was the rush, when my sister toted me every where?

5. I'm the evil sister of my siblings. Who would ever think that, LOL?

6. I have allergies like no one's business. Yet and still I buy terribly over the top floral fragrances.

Now, I would follow the rules, but I really thought everyone and their mother had done this sooooo I tag Slvrlips. I'm not sure if she's done this, but I do know that she LOVES being tagged. I love that spirit =)

  1. You're SO NOT the "evil" sister of your siblings. You're mad. LOL. I don't drive manual either, but I learned a couple times and it's pretty easy to get ahold of. My bf recently got a car that's apparently too nice for me to learn in. How rude :P Okay, I had no idea that anyone favors different sides of themselves! I'm right handed, but I favor my left side cause I feel like it gets left out cause my right hand controls everything and it's much stronger. Omg, I sound like a crazy person talking!

  2. hey..how did you create the look for the quirk pic? i like that...
i learned how to drive on a stick shift. Most cars in Senegal are manual so you have to get down with it but the traffic and the way people drive is insane..my mum hate stick shifts!!
i also have terrible allergies :(
    i love tag games:)

P.s: what is your renaissance woman plan?

  5. Haha, you're so silly. Love that pic. I have a toooon of friends who are 23+ and STILL don't drive. Of course these folx live in metropolitan ares with tons of transportation services. Not in Florida. Er'one has a car at 16. Ain't got no choice.

Are YOU the evil one? Stoooop, would have never thought that.

  7. I can't drive a stick either!! Although I did learn to drive when I was 16, I hardly ever did it since my older sister toted me around everywhere too! :-)

P.S That's so funny about you favoring your left side! LOL!

  8. @ ladyjane: i know! LOL but if you are a shady friend of my sister's that i'm skeptical of or a guy that i think is out for no good... don't cross me! LOL

@ nywele: wow you stacked those questions. if you haven't gathered, i can be quite the talker but i'll try to be brief. the look (eyes) was created using MAC's wondergrass eyes shadow in the crease and outer corner and try a lighter green like mac's springtime skipper for the entire lid. the bottom lashline was lined with a styli style flat liner blue.

cool info on the stick shift! i don't think i prefer one, but i want to know how when i'm a hot rocking lady in my 60's driving my race car!

    post on allergies coming soon!

hmm my renaissance woman plan? really i want to know a bunch about so many things! fixing cars, culinary arts, sociology, languages, early childhood development, business management, journalism, sewing, designing, shoe making, traveling, business owner... the list goes on. constant education! in the end if i learn these things i'll be the renaissance woman that i imagine!

@ christiana divine: aww! thanks! i wish i lived closer!

@ dominican enigma: i understand. in dc we have a pretty good public tranport system too. my first years of driving, knowing the bus routes helped!! LOL or being familiar with areas via the subway stops ahhahaa!

@ divine blackness: yeh i guess i understand that one! yes... me... EVVVILLLLL! (Dr. Evil)

    @ mandypandy: hahahaa good one!

@ BGG: older sisters are the best!

  12. How many tatoos do you have Yummy?
Also allergies are the worst and can drive anyone up the wall.

  13. that's such an adorable picture! love the blue liner.

I think I favor my left side although I'm right-handed. Odd.

And I thought I was alone when I was hooked on serviettes, bookmarks and socks too (I had those with all the cartoons)

A stick is not hard to handle once you get enough practice. I'm a very poorly coordinated person and if I can drive a stick, I believe you can.

You're the evil sister? But you look so adorably innocent most of the time!

Down with allergies! Oh, how I loathe them. Who gets allergic to apples??

  14. Ok- your #2 is funny and I agree with you on your #3. All the women in my family can drive sticks except me! AND I learned to drive on a stick...LOL!

  18. I didn't exactly get tagged, but I did one on myself and not getting many comments, so I must not have written anything particularly good. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I LOVE your makeup designs.
